Fanjnosh is derived from Panjnosh. It means five drugs i.e. Khabsul Hadeed (Iron Rust), Haleela (Terminelia chebula fruit), Balela (Terminelia belerica), Amla (Emblica officinalis Gaertin fruit) and Asl (Honey). It is also called Majun Khabsul Hadeed. Its name due to its chief ingredient Khabsul Hadeed.

Dosage of Majun Khabsul Hadeed
To be taken 5 grams twice in a day with milk or water.
