Mechanism of preparation of Khamira Gawzaban Sada
For making Khamira Gaozaban Sada, take water and soak all ingredients (except sugar and honey) in it for a night. In the morning, boil the water with herbs till it remains half. Leave it to cool naturally for several minutes or an hour, then rub the herbs in water and filter the filtrate and discard residues. Now, take filtrate and add sugar and honey in it. Boil it and make Qiwam (basic solution of particular consistency). Now, grind it until it becomes white.

Dosage of Khamira Gaozaban Sada
Children 1 to 3 gm twice a day.
Adults 3 to 10 gm twice a day.
Best Time to Take: On an empty stomach in the morning, at night just before sleep, or 2 hours after a meal.
Adjuvant: Arq Gaozaban (125 ml) is the best adjuvant in all cases, Warm milk (250 ml) for strengthening heart and brain and heart diseases and mental disorders; Warm water for cold, flu and sore throat
